Biography
Prof. K S Chan received his BSc (First Class Honors) and PhD degrees in physics from University of Hong Kong.
Research Interest
His research interest is theory and modeling of transport, valleytronic, spintronic and optical processes in semiconductor, graphene, silicene, topological insulator and superconductor nanostructures.
