Biography
Vivian Lee received her PhD from the University of British Columbia. She was an Assistant Professor at the University of Victoria in Canada before joining CityU in 2007. Her work on modern Chinese literature, Chinese cinema, and East Asian cinema has been published in academic journals and collected volumes including Modern Chinese Literature and Culture, Journal of Chinese Cinemas, Chinese Films in Focus 2, and The Chinese Cinema Book.
