Biography
LI, Wanxin came to City University in December 2007. She received her bachelor in precision instruments and master in economics from Tsinghua University. From Virginia Tech, she received her second master in statistics and Ph.D. in public administration and policy. She has worked with the World Bank, OECD, and Tsinghua University in the past.
