Biography
Dr. S K Tse is an associate professor in the Department of Management Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong. He received his B.Sc and M.Phil degrees in mathematics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Ph.D. degree in statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an elected member of the International Statistical Institute and an associate editor of the Journal of Biopharmaceutical Statistics. His research interests include statistical quality control, reliability study and biostatistics. Dr. Tse has published articles in Journal of Biopharmaceutical Statistics, Journal of Quality Technology, Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference, Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, Statistics in Medicine.
