Biography
Geoffrey Tso was the program leader of BBA in Service Operations Management being offered by the department for over ten years. His recent works are highly related to the areas of customer service, satisfaction and confidence. He is leading in a regular research projects to derive the Chinese Consumer Confidence Index. He is currently teaching courses in customer services, survey research, customer relationship management and data mining. Dr. Tso also serves as the Director of the Statistical Consulting Unit housed in the department. This unit supports survey activities and all types of statistical analyses, including model building, conducted by academics in the universities. He started his consulting work in 1992. He has substantial experiences in serving as leader of over 150 surveys and other statistical projects conducted for the local government’s department, transport operators, and private organizations.
