Biography
Public management research in the Department is brought together in the Laboratory for Public Management and Policy, which I am Director. The Lab focuses on answering pressing questions at the intersection of management and policy. The Lab incorporates labs on experimental methods, integration studies and observational research. My current agenda is focused on undertaking replications of prior experimental studies in public administration and developing mobile apps on questions of performance information use and citizen satisfaction. I also engaged in a number of integration projects on management and performance, organizational size, bibliographic studies of new public management and founding topic studies in public administration.
