Biography
Dr. XIAO Hanyu joined the Department of Public Policy as visiting fellow in September 2017. Previously he was a postdoctoral fellow in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences of CityU. The topics of his recent publications include corruption and anti-corruption reform, public budgeting, and environmental leadership.
