Biography
Yip Ngai-ming is the subject leader of urban studies in the department as well as member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, honorary fellow of Hong Kong Institute of Housing, registered social worker and registered professional housing manager. He is also serving as member of the commercial properties committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and chairman of the Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch in 2013 and 2014 and is now policy officer of the Branch. His current research work is focused on urban policy, housing policy and housing management. He has been editor of Housing Studies since 2015.
