Biography
YU Yangxin is an Associate Professor at City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining City University of Hong Kong, she was an Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her Ph.D. in Accounting from University of Southern California. Dr. Zheng’ s primary research interests are in financial reporting and capital market regulations. She is also interested in corporate governance, organizational incentive systems and CEO compensation. Her publications have appeared in Accounting, Organizations and Society and Journal of Accounting and Economics. Her teaching interests include both financial accounting and managerial accounting
