Biography
Lawrence is Instructor in the Department of Public Policy. He completed his bachelor and master degrees in philosophy at the University of Hong Kong. He earned his doctoral degree in philosophy at the University of East Anglia. He teaches a number of GE courses and also courses related to applied ethics, public policy, social and political philosophy.
