Fang Ming

Biography

Mr. FANG Ming, aged 58, was appointed as a vice president of our Company in December 2007. Currently, Mr. FANG also serves as a supervisor of China Resources Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Company Limited, a supervisor of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Company Limited and a supervisor of Dong-E-E-Jiao Company Limited. Mr. FANG was an associate researcher at the Institute of Social China Academy of Social Sciences. Mr. FANG has served as a senior manager of the research department of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, a deputy general manager of the enterprise development department of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited, a director and the deputy general manager of China Resources Development & Investment Company Limited, the executive manager in charge of listing planning of China Resources National Corporation, a member of the management board and the general manager of capital operation department of China Resources National Corporation. Mr. FANG obtained a doctor of law degree in applied sociology from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in Beijing, the PRC.
