Biography
Mr. MENG Qingsheng, aged 48, was appointed as a vice president of our Company in October 2016. Mr. MENG has engaged in the Information Technology (IT) consultancy and management business for over 20 years. Mr. MENG has extensive experience in areas like corporate IT strategic planning, system structural design, project management and the training of professional personnel. Mr. MENG successively held positions in SSA China Co., Ltd., Platinum China Co., Ltd. and Oracle China Co., Ltd.. Mr. MENG has also acted as a deputy director of the Information Management Department of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited.
