Biography
Ms.TANG Na, aged 40, was appointed as the chief legal advisor of our Company in March 2014. Ms. TANG served as a partner of Concord & Partners and a director of legal affairs of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Company Limited. Ms. TANG obtained the qualification of PRC lawyer and the corporate counsel qualification. Ms. TANG obtained a bachelor of law degree from China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, the PRC and attended postgraduate courses majoring in urban economics in the School of Economics at Renmin University of China in Beijing, the PRC.
