Dr. Leo Liu

Biography

Dr. Leo Liu Doctor Liu graduated from World No.1 dental school- The University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Dentistry. He received his postgraduate specialist training of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry at Prince Philip Dental Hospital. During his periodontal residency he has finished numerous complicated cases from periodontal initial therapy till implant placement and final maintenance. Dr Liu is qualified with Membership of Periodontics from Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Edinburg (M Perio RCDS Edin), which is the only one in Mainland China with such title. Moreover, he is the member of Hong Kong Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, the ITI (International team of Implantology) member，and one of the most qualified periodontist who practicing advanced periodontology in Mainland China. He is expertizing in early diagnosis of periodontal disease, non-surgical periodontal treatment and complicated periodontal surgery including OFD, GTR, and GBR with implant placement, and peri-implantitis management. For implant dentistry, he is an expert in complicated surgical procedure of Straumann dental implant, prosthetic design and full mouth rehabilitation, plus the life-long maintenance care.
