David Monaghan

Biography

David qualified from the University of Manchester in 1975 and held a number of hospital posts in OMFS before entering general practice. After three years as an associate and a further three years as a practice owner in Stockport David relocated to the Derbyshire Peak District and established a new practice. Over the next 25 years he developed the practice, acquiring a second practice in the same town and gradually reducing his clinical commitment as he committed more time to practice based research and to being a Dental Practice Adviser, Local Dental Adviser and Postgraduate Dental Adviser.  Since 2010 David has been involved with facilitating Dental Protections programme of Risk Management workshops, Masterclasses and Clinical Communication Programmes.  David qualified from the University of Manchester in 1975 and held a number of hospital posts in OMFS before entering general practice.
