Biography

Russell qualified from UCH Dental School London in 1980 and was in general practice until 2014, as well as working part-time as a hospital dental practitioner. He has been an Independent Clinical Adviser for his Local Health Authority for over 15 years and former member of the BDA Representative Body.  He has been involved with Hertfordshire LDC for over 20 years, including being Vice-Chair, and was a member of Hertfordshire PCT Performance Decision Making Committee and the developing Local Professional Network group.
