Biography
Dedicated to Pilates for over a decade, Juan accumulated hundreds of hours of training in relation to human movement dysfunctions and teaches a wide range of courses included in the Advance Polestar Pilates Teacher program. He has a long education career: Ostheopathy (2001), Pilates Certificate with Polestar Education (2003), Instructor of Franklin Method® (2005), Instructor of Gyrotonic Expansion System® (2005), Certificate by Pilates Method Alliance PMA (2008), Polestar Educator (2009), Kinetic Control (2011), Kinesio Taping® (2012), Anatomy Trains (2013) and actually studying Fisiotherapy.
