Biography
Renée is a highly regarded Pilates and movement specialist with over 12 years industry experience. Renée has worked and trained with some of the worlds leading fitness trainers in London, Miami, New York, LA, Bali and Australia. Her enthusiastic attitude shines through when teaching and inspiring group classes. After nearly ten years in the corporate world and completing her Bachelor of Commerce, Renée followed her true passion and jumped into the world of movement. Starting her Polestar journey with a Studio certification in 2006, Renée has since completed her Diploma of Pilates. After joining the mentoring program with Polestar in 2010, Renée completed a four-year apprenticeship and was honoured to join the Polestar Educator Team in 2014.
