Chun Wa Tam

Biography

    Mr. Tam Chun Wa has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Green Energy Group Limited with effect from August 24, 2011. He is currently an executive director, the chief financial officer and the company secretary of Chinasing Investment Holdings Limited, a company which shares are listed on the main board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Mr. Tam obtained a Master degree of Business Administration from the University of Sydney. He is also a member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CPA (Australia) and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Mr. Tam has more than 20 years in the areas of auditing, accounting, tax, investment banking and company secretarial works.
