Mr. El Adl

Biography

Mr. El Adl is one of the most respected geologists in Middle East and North Africa. He has 40 years of experience in the areas of oil and natural gas exploration, development, production, technical and operation management. His past experiences include working in companies such as AMOCO (presently part of BP PLC), St. Joe Minerals, TOTAL, Cities Services (presently Occidental Petroleum), Lundin Group, Coplex Group, Rampex International and PETROSINO. His successful collaboration projects include (but not limited to) the exploration and development achievement obtained from ARCO、PECTEN、BG、Occidental and Lasmo(presently part of AGIP).

On 17 September 2006, upon the passing by the parliament of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the approval of an order executed by the president of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Aminex Petroleum Egypt Ltd ("APEL"), a subsidiary of Hoifu Energy, obtained 60% interest of the rights of exploration and exploitation in the oil field block 2 of West Esh El Mellaha in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
