Biography
Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2016. He received his B.Eng. degree in computer science and technology from the Honor School of Harbin Institute of Technology, China. His research interests include stream data processing, data mining, and geographical information systems. His work was published in premier database conferences and journals, such as SIGMOD, VLDB, ICDE, CIKM, and TKDE.
