He is a Chartered Surveyor. Mr. Leung was also re-designated as an Independent Non-executive Director of Henderson Land Development Company Limited (“Henderson Land”) and Henderson Investment Limited on 22 August 2012 and is an Independent Non-executive Director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited, all of which are listed public companies. Henderson Land has discloseable interests in the Company under the provisions of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
