Mr James Li

Biography

Mr James Li has been working in electronic and medical device industries over thirty years. He started his career as an electronic design engineer in electronic products. Afterwards, he grasped the opportunity to enter into manufacturing operation and management, and then stepped in the top management work progressively. He gained various experiences and acquired the knowledge in many different product technologies and manufacturing areas which involved in electronic/RF products, industrial control products, electrical home appliances, medical plastics, healthcare products and medical devices, etc. Mr James Li is working in AML as a Division General Manager and in charge two divisions - Telecom and Office Equipments; Medical and Healthcare devices. He has deeply involved in the quality and manufacturing system such as TQM, Lean manufacturing, Lean Sigma, Zero Defect Management and ISO. And also, he has been building up a quality culture and teamwork in the organization; foster the team to upgrade the system and achieve the awards recognition. In response to the needs of the global medical product market, the company got FDA, China-SFDA and producing many different healthcare and medical products for its customers continuously. In view of the strategic direction, Mr James Li is leading the team to pursuing the advance technology products development and manufacturing, aims to enhance the competitiveness in this field.
