Wong Ting Ting

Biography

Dr Wong Ting Tinggraduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong in 1988. She started her surgical training in Princess Margaret Hospital right after her internship, then went on to obtain the fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong in the early 90's, and the fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (General Surgery) in 1996 .She was in charge of the Breast Unit in Princess Margaret Hospital before she started her private practice in 1999. Ten years ago, she established with two surgeons a clinic formaking diagnoses and providing surgical treatment for benign and malignant disease called The Breast Surgery, where she performs more than 10% of the new breast cancer surgeries in Hong Kong each year. She is the honorary consultant in surgery of Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital, founding member of Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, Council member of the Hong Kong Breast Cancer Registry and one of the Directors of Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer family registry
