Biography
Silke has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. She is a 200 RYT certified yoga Instructor, mainly teaching HATHA & HATHA FLOW yoga classes. Being a yogi and a runner Silke is offering YOGA FOR RUNNERS/ ATHLETES sequences in order to prevent most common injuries and foster better recovery after training. Her Yoga for Runners/ Athletes sequences include: Hip openers Leg strengthening yoga poses Yoga poses for improvement of hamstring & ITB flexibility Stretching & balancing work Foam rolling Yoga complements running and other physical exercises in order to release muscle tightness, strengthen and lengthen muscles and thus preventing or treating injuries.
