Biography
she is an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company and joined the Board in August 1991. She is also a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company. She was the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee during the period from February 2012 to January 2013. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, she has over 30 years of professional experience in the securities and investment field. She was the emeritus Managing Director of Dean Witter Reynolds (Hong Kong) Limited and Vice President (Private Wealth Management) at Morgan Stanley Inc.
