Mr. Li Zhong has been Deputy General Manager in INNER MONGOLIA BAOTOU STEEL RARE-EARTH (GROUP) HI-TECH CO.,LTD since March 29, 2008. He is also Executive Deputy General Manager and Director in a rare earth international trading company, as well as Director in five other companies. He used to be Head of Management in a group company.
