Mr. Liu Yi has been Deputy General Manager in INNER MONGOLIA BAOTOU STEEL RARE-EARTH (GROUP) HI-TECH CO.,LTD since February 2003. He is also Director in an alloy company and a rare-earth company. Previously, he held various positions in the Company: Executive Deputy Chief Engineer, Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Head of Factory in Smelter Factory.
