Biography
Maria had her first Pilates class in 1995 while studying in the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. Since then she further her study in Laban Centre, London and performed in the West End London. Upon her return to Hong Kong in 2002, she got her Polestar Pilates Studio certification and gain her Gyrotonic Foundation System certification soon after. She also completed a Yoga Teacher Training by Stephen Thomas in 2008. Besides being interested in Body conditioning, Maria also loves Aerial Silk, Pole, Trapeze, baking, singing, reading and hiking.
