Biography
Marta Van Heerden is from Budapest, Hungary where she completed her Master of Science in Business Administration at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences. It was whilst living in Moscow after having her two children that Marta first discovered the benefits of Pilates. Five years later her family moved to Hong Kong and Marta decided to take her love of Pilates a step further and become certified with Polestar (Mat and Reformer) and then opened her own studio in Stanley. Later she moved to Australia, where she continued expanding her knowledge by completing her Polestar Studio qualification. Now back in Hong Kong Marta is passionate about teaching and strives to tailor her sessions to the needs and goals of her students.
