Biography
Dr. Seiden is a Hong Kong based clinical psychologist, licensed in New York and New Jersey. He helps clients using cognitive behavioral therapies to work towards meaningful and lasting improvements in their lives. Dr. Seiden also provides neurofeedback (brainwave biofeedback) to clients as a supplement to cognitive behavioral strategies or as a standalone treatment. He works with a variety of issues including: stress, anxiety, panic, phobias and trauma; sadness, low mood and depression; attention, concentration, organization and AD/HD; excessive worry, obsessing and OCD; impulse control disorders, including trichotillomania; insomnia; coping with health issues such as chronic pain and medical conditions; anger management; and adjusting to major changes in relationships or in the workplace.
