Hong Song

Biography

Ms. Song Hong serves as Non-Executive Director of the Company. She joined our Group in June 2016 and was appointed as a non-executive Director of our Company in June 23, 2016. Ms. Song participates in the development of our business strategies. She has over 33 years of experience in finance sector. Ms. Song joined the Controlling Shareholder in September 2008. She served as a director and the chief financial officer of the Controlling Shareholder since June 2012. Ms. Song serves concurrently as a director of Kunming Diantou Bishuiyuan Water Technology Co., Ltd. Ms. Song worked at Kunming Tap Water Group Co., Ltd. from December 1982 to September 2008, and served as the deputy director of finance department from December 2005 to September 2008. Ms. Song served as the director of the financial center of the Controlling Shareholder from September 2008 to September 2012. Ms. Song studied in Communist Party of China Yunnan Provincial Committee School in Yunnan Province, the PRC, majoring in economic management from September 1997 to December 1999.
