Yili Mei

Biography

Mr. Mei Yili serves as Deputy General Manager of the Company. He joined our Group in May 1997 and has been the deputy general manager of our Company since January 29, 2015, responsible for the management of our Company’s sludge resource utilization, solid waste disposal and production safety. From June 2005 to June 2013, Mr. Mei served as the deputy general manager, the general manager, and an executive director of Kunming Wastewater Treatment and Operation Co. Ltd. From January 2008 to June 2013, he served as the general manager and executive director of Kunming Wastewater Treatment and Operation Co. Ltd. From August 2012 to June 2013, he served as the deputy general manager of the Company. From June 2013 to January 2015, he served as the deputy chief engineer of the Controlling Shareholder. Mr. Mei obtained a bachelor’s degree of engineering majoring in railway cable communication from Department of Telecom and Automatic Control, Lanzhou Tiedao Institute in Gansu Province, the PRC, in January 1982.
