Biography
Professor Tse received a Bachelor of Cognitive Science from The University of Hong Kong, a Master of Arts in Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy in Cognitive/Developmental Psychology from University at Albany, State University of New York, and was a postdoctoral research associate at Washington University in St. Louis.
