Biography
Venus Chan received her PhD from the University of Hong Kong and master degrees (M.A. in Linguistics and M.A. in Computer-aided Translation) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Before joining Lingnan University, she taught translation, English and linguistics at various tertiary institutions, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
