Biography
Dr. Simon Y. W. Li received his PhD from University College London (UCL Interaction Centre) and carried out his postdoctoral research at University of New South Wales, Sydney (Centre for Health Informatics). He is a cognitive psychologist specialised in human-computer interaction/human factors. His research is focused on the cognitive aspect of human interactive behavior in using technology with an emphasis on medical settings. His current research interests include human error detection in procedural task performance; effects of interruption and multitasking; and attitudes towards technology.
