Biography

Dr. Law Suk Mun, Sophia is currently working as a Associate Professor in the Department of Department of Visual Studies, Lingnan University , Hong kong. His research interests includes Art as a language, art and community, art and service-learning, modernity in Chinese painting, visual cultures of early Twentieth Century China, Hong Kong art and local visual cultures, aesthetics of Chinese painting and Chinese calligraphy, history of Twentieth Century Chinese painting.. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Law Suk Mun, Sophia is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Art as a language, art and community, art and service-learning, modernity in Chinese painting, visual cultures of early Twentieth Century China, Hong Kong art and local visual cultures, aesthetics of Chinese painting and Chinese calligraphy, history of Twentieth Century Chinese painting..
