Mr Andy Wing Leung Kwok

Biography

 Andy is an executive director of Asia Coal Limited (835:HK) (formerly known as Nubrands Group Holdings Limited) and was appointed as board chairman and CEO previously. Andy has more than 15 years of experience in finance and senior management. He holds a MBA from Tsinghua University, China and a degree in economics from the University of Sydney. He is a member of HKICPA and CPA Australia. He is also the sole director and beneficial owner of Billion Pacific Ventures Limited, the majority shareholder of Asia Coal Ltd (835:HK).
