Biography
Mr Shau has over 7 years of experiences in investment banking and corporate finance. He had led and participated in several equity and debt financing projects, M&A and restructuring activities. He provides financial and operational advices to a broad client base with a focus in the healthcare sector. Mr Shau holds a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
