Biography
Dr. Fan Cheong Tsang has over 12 years of practical experience in project management and coordination, water quality assessment, atmospheric and aquatic science, environmental impact assessment (EIA) and environmental monitoring and auditing (EM&A). His EIA experience covers a wide range of strategic planning studies and projects, including residential and industrial developments, reclamation, major road and rail infrastructure developments, toxic waste disposal facilities, utilities, oil spill, dredging and sediment disposal. He is also an experienced environmental team leader and independent environmental checker of various EM&A programmes of infrastructural and building projects.
