Biography
Roger Leung has over 20 years of consulting experience in various strategic environmental, planning and infrastructure projects. Roger is a skilled project manager for multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental studies. He has project experience in a variety of areas, including strategic development planning, feasibility studies, planning of railways, golf courses, power plants, road works, helipads, landfills, sewage treatment plants, wholesale markets, industrial/residential developments and decommissioning of oil depots, as well as transportation noise modelling, acoustic design and abatement, and construction waste management. Roger has additional experience in public consultation and liaising with EIA stakeholders, including green groups and government consultation bodies. He is a government-recognized carbon auditor, BEAM Pro (LEED AP equivalent in Hong Kong) and a Registered Energy Assessor.
