Mr. Ng Yiu Ming, was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 2 July 2004. Mr. Ng was previously a non-executive director of Dah Sing Financial Holdings Ltd. (Stock code: 0440), a company whose shares are listed on the Stock Exchange. He has over 40 years of experience in hire purchase and leasing finance.
