Mr. Wong Raymond Man Hin

Biography

Mr. Wong, Raymond Man Hin, son of Mr. Wong, Wilson Kin Lae, was appointed as a non-executive Director on 18 July 2001 and re-designated as an executive Director on 19 April 2002. He became a deputy executive chairman on 19 April 2007. Mr. Wong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master Degree in Economics. He is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is certified in financial management (CFM). He is an independent non-executive Director of Modern Beauty Salon Holdings Limited (Stock code: 0919) and Nan Nan Resources Enterprise Limited (Stock code: 1229), both companies whose shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”).
