Biography
Song Huang is Non-Executive Director of the company. He joined the National Institute of Biological Sciences in Beijing (the “Institute”), the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”), in 2011 as a postdoctoral research fellow and currently serves as a deputy director for administration and a director of Synthetic Biology Center of the Institute. Mr. Huang has published several research papers in relation to endoplasmic reticulum and jointly owns a patent of potential prostate cancer treatment. Mr. Huang obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from Peking University, the PRC, in 2003 and a Doctor’s degree of Philosophy in Biological Chemistry from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, United States of America, in 2010.
