Ms. Xue Yan, HKICPA/ACCA/CICPA, is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary of Shanghai Fudan-Zhangjiang Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. She is an authorized representative of the company. She holds a bachelor degree in International Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics.
