Biography
Colin began his interest in sports and martial arts when he completed a BA (Hons) in Japanese History and Culture from The University of Sheffield. He has represented Great Britain in two different forms of Martial Arts and lived in Japan to learn the demands of being an elite athlete. During his time competing internationally he has continued his in depth postgraduate study in Physical Conditioning and Sports Massage. He followed Professors at Cheltenham and Gloucester University which has furthered his interest and understanding of human movement and recovery.
