Biography
Ms Nancy Tse Sau Ling was appointed to the Board of Directors of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited on 14 July 2015. Ms Tse is currently an independent non-executive director of Wheelock And Company Limited and Link Asset Management Limited (as Manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust), both companies are publicly listed Companies in Hong Kong. Ms Tse was the Chief Financial Officer and Director (Finance and Information Technology Services) of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority (“HA”) from 1991 till her retirement at the end of August 2013. She is an Adjunct Professor of The Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She serves as a member of the Audit Committee of The University of Hong Kong, and also sits on the boards and committees of a number of charitable organisations and non-governmental organisations.
