Biography
Dr. Fiona Xiangyan Chen received a PhD Degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006, an M.Phil. Degree of Neurology from the Sun Yat Sun University in Guagzhou in 2003, and a Bachelor of Medicine in Shang Dong Medical University in 2000. Her research interests include various aspects of cerebrovascular disease especially intracranial atherosclerosis, especially the pathological mechanisms, neurosonology, cerebral hemodynamics and neuroimaging of stroke in Asians. She has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles in SCI-indexed scientific journals. She is also a supervisor for Master student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Research Interest
Cerebrovascular disease, especially intracranial atherosclerosis, including epidemiology, pathology, neurosonology, neuroimaging and treatment.
