Biography
Dr Mark Bliss worked for 25 years in the banking industry prior to pursuing an academic career. Dr Bliss’s work focuses on corporate governance, auditing, political connection, and finance. His work has appeared in academic journals including The Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics, Accounting and Finance, Managerial Auditing Journal, and the Hong Kong Law Journal.
