Biography
Dr. Peng received DPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, after obtaining a first-class degree in Economics and MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics. He had lectured at the University of St Andrews and the University of Manchester before coming to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
